6. Terms of agreement allotment with respect to Forfeiture , handing over possesion and remedies in case of delays, composition of total cost, provision of cost escalation
7. Provsion for services: electricity/water /sewarage/drainage/roads/parking etc
8. Maintanence charges
9. Completion schedule and possesion date
10. post construction warranties
11. grievance redressal mechanism
